Can someone refresh my memory of when "Helenblitz" in Helen, GA is going to be next year? (it's tough remembering things when you're old AND bald!) I'm bidding for my 2010 vacation and I would LOVE to take this in!
It is normally.. the weekend AFTER Valentines Day.. contact John Abel.. He should be able to confirm this!

Seems like no club wants to pick this up so we (m2c2) are going to do it. We are in the process of organizing it now. I think its probably going to be Feb 26th & 27th although this is not official. John Abel is getting it together and will post ASAP.. Maybe this year the weather will cooperate with us.

Okay, as long as SOMEONE gets this going! We came down from VA for three days of rain and ICE on the way home. This year we will be having SUN even if I gotta bring it down from the Old Dominion! Helen is such a great little town and we had a blast! Someone, somewhere HAS to make this event happen. And I promise anyone, they can go to Helenblitz, even if you do NOTHING at the event site, you can find enough to do in the area. But don't be dumb enough to miss Helenblitz. When you set up an entry site, make sure I know!
