MINI in Egg

A colleague gave me a plastic egg with a CR/W MINI inside. It's from kidconnection. I haven't opened the clear and yellow egg, but I'm pretty sure the MINI is a Maisto. The back says in small print "The MINI trademarks are used under license from BMW AG" but in a box below that it says "Officially licensed by Volkswagen".

It's from Wal-Mart and says so on the back.
