I have a 2005 MCS in Pepper White and I have been trying to find a DieCast for a while and searched around the world (thanks to the Internet) and had no luck. It seems that all the manufacturers of good stuff like AutoArt and Kyosho no longer make the R53 and have moved onto the R56. I was hoping I would stumble upon one on FleaBay or some remote hobby shop in tim-buk-two that had one on a shelf. No luck so far.
I did stumble across a company in the states that sells a 1:28 scale RC Mini Cooper that has a pretty nicely detailed body in several colors:
Has anyone seen one of these iWaver Mini Cooper S cars in person? These come from China, and I guess as long as I am not licking the body I will not have to worry about lead poisen!
I have a message into the store to see if I can get the car in White without having to purchase the Red car and then buy the white body.
I got 2 pepper white, one from Pittsburgh Die Cast and the other from CORGI IN UK They are virutually non existant.
