Hello,
I have a Mini Wrist Watch that I got as a gift when the Mini came out. The battery has since gone dead, and I cannot find any instructions as how to replace it. I will include a few pictures, hopefully someone knows how to do it, or where to send it...
Can you detect any company/manufacturer names (even in small detail) on it anywhere? If you can't, I'd suggest you take it to a nice jeweler (who does watches; not all of them do) and see if they can figure it out. THEY, at least, have the right tools.
I need to keep posted here...I'd really like one of those myself!
Ok, I'll try that out- On the back in really really tiny letters it says "Technotime" which seems to be a french company... but their website seems to be totally obsolete...
I'll keep you guys posted there was one on ebay UK I think..its the only other one I've ever seen...

Looks like you just need to unscrew the back of the watch off. The battery is under the copper fork looking thing.
They are similar especially if compared to other watches, but this just appears to be a poor copy. It is definitely not a true Skagan. The band is too thick and the face too small and thick.

Nooo its not a skagen... Maybe its styled like one but its made of french parts in Hong Kong.. it is VERY thick and VERY heavy...very not Skagen like...
What you're looking at is a Tourneau watch specially produced for Mini. (I'm wearing mine right now; it's my favorite watch!) I found out what brand it was when I took it to a jeweler to have the battery replaced. I recommend you do the same: the back is delicate, the jeweler will have the proper tools, and the cost won't be prohibitive. I paid less than ten bucks at my local jewelry store for the battery and labor. Good luck!
I own one of those ,MINI USA sold them .Got my battery replaced at Dakota watch shop at a Mall

I've got one of those too!
I did have to go to a couple of different shops to find a jeweler with the right jig to open the back. Now it works like a charm.
I think my jeweler charged me $7-8.
