Where to find model kits

I'd like to find a model of a Mini (R56 hard top perferred, but beggers can't be choosers); I've looked in a couple of hobby shops but no luck so far. I've also done a bit of online searching (and I read through many posts here as well); any recommendations? I live in the SF area and travel to Albuquerque a lot (ok, every week) so either location would be fine.

I'm interested in one I can put together and paint myself, not a prebuilt model or a snap together kit. I haven't put together a model in over 30 years but it seems like a fun way to pass the time while I wait for the arrival of my new car.

Thanks!
Tony

I would like to see an R52 model but no one makes them.

I would like a non-S version so I could build a replica of my MINI. Actually, two models: one as my MINI was when I bought it, and one as I mod it so you can see the before and after.
