MINI RC Cars for Custom Race Track

I am looking for some RC MINI's that are smaller then 1/24. Probably 3 to 4 inches long. I'm looking into taking an old "sizzlers" track, from when you juiced the car and put it on the track and watched it go round and round but you had no control of it. The track is about 5'' to 6'' wide with sides and plan make a road course out of it and use the MINI's to race on. I bought some cheap little RC MINI's on ebay but they are not worth a crap and trying to send them back. they were about 2-1/2'' long so alittle bit bigger car would be better also..
If anyone knows where to get some good working cars in that size range, I'd like to hear from you.. Thanks,
