Calgary Oct Meet Pictures - It was more fun than last time!
Wow, that was an exciting meet I must admit, perhaps it was a little fast, and passing other cars in the meet might not be the safest thing to do, but boy, were those corenrs after Elbow Falls exciting or what! No other cars in sight to block our way, just smiles all the way!
Next time we'll drive at a slightly slower speed on twistier roads perhaps? I'm thinking 1A to Canmore, go for lunch, then drive back. We'll see how the weather is, maybe we can do some snow AutoX/rallies at race city too if its snowing.
Anyway, here are some of the pictures I took. Too bad the weather wasn't better, but atleast it wasn't raining!
Suprisingly me and Steve's little Cooper with 15" skinny tires kept up very well :P I guess maybe we were going so fast, it was more a test of nerves than handling abiilty. According to my G meter we were taking the corners within 90% of the tire's adhesion level, yikes! (well atleast for my 15" contis)
