As the title states, I'll be installing my aero grille soon, and would like it if someone experienced would be willing to lend me a hand. I'd rather not walk through the bottom grille alone I'd also be willing to travel (as long as it's not too far away). I'm located just 20 minutes south of Ft.Wayne if that helps. Thanks!
I have seen some how-to's on the internet for the install, but not attempted it myself. Thought about doing it untill I saw how difficult it would be. The top is pretty straight forward, the bottom is the problem. Some of the installed bottom ones did not fit to well.
You might contact Waylen waymotorworks.com and see if he can help.
Indy's no problem. I was just down at Geist Reservoir last night. I'll drop you a line after I get them pained, and ready to be installed. Probably won't be for another couple of months or so, but I like to get things in order so when I'm ready, the fun can begin
how much did you pay for them?can u keep the driving lights with them?i want these grilles so bad...they would look better with Liquid yellow than chrome
60 bucks. Yes, you can, but it requires midifying the grille to have enough room for the bracket to fit through. Not noticeable though, until you pont it out.
It's well worth it! I'm going to take mine to the body shop hopefully sometime this week to be painted. I read somewhere it should be in the $50-$100 range.
