That's funny, I was there on 12-28 making that same turn, but that wasn't me then. Must be that other DS/B I have seen in Speedway. Did it have tints? I think the one I have seen does not.

Now if we could only get these people on line and into the club!

Do we have any "I spotted you" cards that we can leave on Coopers that we see? The way we got more people to join the Pacific Northwest Mini Club was to leave a little business card on Coopers that we would see. The card would just say that you were "spotted" and if the person was interested that they should join us for a driving adventure. They worked really well. Most people in the area didn't even know there was a club, and it was a great way to get the word out.
Granted cards are tough to leave on a moving Cooper.

Excellent Idea! I doubt if some owners are aware that there is a online car club for their cars! I have a business card program and can design something. Who would I snail mail a sheet to?

True! But that is when you grab the hand brake and do a 180 and follow 'em!

That's pretty cool. I think it's a pretty good idea. Do you think you could bring one or some to the monthly gathering Mon night?? It would be a great chance to show it to some members and get more feedback.
OK I have made the changes that MINItencan suggested. I chose not to have the forum topic URL as the club web page has the NAM URL. I have three sample card sayings...
Owning a MINI is fun... Participating with other owners, Now That's Motoring!
I saw your MINI... Would you like to see my MINI?
Driving a MINI is fun... but driving with other MINIs is much more fun!
I have printed out sample sheets. Each has crop marks but is on copy paper (not the best quality). If approved, the sample could be taken to a printer and made into cards.
I don't think I will be able to make Damon's on the east side tommorow. If some one on the west side could meet up I could give you the sample sheets

I did not mean to hyjack the Indy Mini Spottings topic. So I will start a new topic named MINICCI Cards.

Jenn I'm so envious of all of your sitings, the only one I see on a normal basis is the model of my dream mini on my bookshelf and the occasional glimpse of MINITencan's!
