actually in greenwood there is a good place across from the mall if your interested they also have a lifetime warranty i have the name i dunno about Northside of Indy
My understanding has always been that if you use an ammonia based cleaner (ie Windex) on tinted windows, they WILL turn purple.
I haven't had a problem since I started using a cleaner (I use Stoners) that is designed for tinted windows.
Also, I had a decent experience just having the dealership do the tint. It meant that if I ever had a problem, I could just have it fixed while they were doing something else to the car. In other words, no special trip. It was there anyways.
I don't know if you ever found a place but waxwerks is lifetime warranty and reasonable or if you're wanting to pay a little less. Modified auto has no warranty but is cheaper and I hear they are good.
Go to www.wetintcars.com, When you email them you'll talk to DAN. Tell him Way sent you and he'll ask what kind of MINI you have. He does mobile tinting so he can come to you and does a Fantastic job. He did my car and most of the peoples cars in the Indy club.
