This happened last night. I thought it was pretty funny after a hard day at work. I was in Rosslyn picking up my girlfriend and getting starbucks so I find the first parking spot I can find.
This is where I park Sparky. Take notice of the sign on the right hand corner. Oh, sorry about the bad picture. All I had was my phone.
I get out of my cart to put money in the meter and I look up and see the sign.

I have no Idea. It's right across the bridge from Georgetown and just down the street from Arlington. It cant be Bus stops because the arlington bus is called the "ART" and the Georgetown/DC buses would be the "Metro".
