I'm behind on taking pictures, though. But it will soon be winter / snowboarding season, and another cat-boarding trip to BC, Canada coming up, so there should be a bunch of snow pictures coming up in the next few months.
I started using Flickr a few months ago and think its just great! Right now I'm using it mostly to host all my images--as opposed to organizing them or keeping only my portfolio worthy images.
hey I have a question and a compliment! First the compliment, all of your pics are really some of the best I have I ever seen, seriously! Now for the question:
Do you have this pic in a higher res, say suitable for a desktop image?: (attachments) BTW THE PICS AREN"T COPYING OVER FROM FLICKR
I do use flickr but I've had some weird stuff happen with it. First of all my upload limit has not changed in 2 months (ie..I've been riding on about 70% of my upload limit used for a long time now). I thought it was going to come down after a month, but I'm not seeing that happen. Next, my images are resized by the site without any input from me. It doesn't bother me that much, but they resize to different sizes even when starting from the same size. Just a bit strange. Overall it has been a fairly good service for being free.

You might be confused. Flickr doesn't give you a storage space limit like other sights, it gives you a limit of data uploaded per month. So next month, it will reset to zero again.
Nope not confused, that is exactly what I was talking about. My upload limit has been sitting at 70% for about 2 months now.

yay I can post on the Flickr thread. I finally updated some of my shots on Flickr and will add more as soon as the month is up since I have a freebie account. I'll finally be putting all my decent MINI shots in one location. When I get some more time I'll keep an eye out for ou MINI folk on there and add you to my buddy list.
here's what I have up so far http://flickr.com/photos/41452418@N00/
