I'm in agreement with hafid on this, you need to adjust the position of the car a bit to minimize the effect of the overhead lights. Depending on what you're going for it may be best to be right under a light or better if you had the car between two of the overhead lights. Play around with it.
Also, I'm not sure what camera you used, but if you can add filters to it, get a circular polarizer to help manage the reflections.
You might also try cropping off the very top section of the photo where we're just looking at the overexposed lights.
