My dad went off to work this morning leaving me with nothing to do and a Canon EOS 300d that I've been wanting to play with. I knew I wanted to find some dogwoods, and I knew someone who had some and when they would be home. By the time I got there I had about half an hour to take my snapshots and get out. Here's three of my favorites.
I don't know what lens it was, probably the one that came with it. I just grabbed the camera and left as soon as I woke up. That one with the dogwood on the bonnet is my favorite, too. I was sortof limited in the shots I could take, because my car was quite bug-splattered. And is even more so 200 miles later.
I wish I'd taken more time and paid more attention to the aperture, etc. A lot of my shots are over exposed. Oh well, easy to fix, usually.
