I thin Classic put them on accidentally. i was expecting to put a new pinstripe on them. i found the car in the parking lot a day before i picked it up and it had MCS stripes on it! i was rather suprised and i had to check the vin a few times hehe.

Crap, gotta change my name to Not-so-rednwhite-or-darksilvernwhite-but-electricbluenblackcooper.
The reason I asked is because I just picked up mine and the same thing happened. My MA told me all MINIs will come with the pinstripe now. I thought he might just have his facts wrong, but now that your dealer did it as well maybe this really is the case.
were these taken on film and scanned? They appear to be a bit flat. If they were scanned, you can do post processing in photoshop with those files to bring the original color back to them.
Just my preference, but I probably would have turned the park lights off.
Nice car! I love those barn doors, you could really take some cool pictures infront of them. take a look at some of the more artsy photos on here to get some ideas for angles. I would suggest take the picture from a lower angle and more to the side so the barn elongates giving it a good depth of field. Black and white would probably look good on this as well. I wish those doors were near me, I would soo love to take advantage of them
The building with the broken windows is really cool too, it's actually a pretty good shot, just up the contrast to brighten it up a bit! good job.
