black-n-blue is the winner of the March edition of the NAM Monthly Photo Contest. This month's topic was "Use of Color". Twenty four entries were made and the winning shot walked away with 25% of the votes cast.
In addition to winning the photocontest and having the image displayed on the NAM homepage, as this month's winner, black-n-blue will also recieve an Alta Diecast MINI.

Thanks to y'all who considered my photograph worthy enough for the March challenge. It, along with a few other entries, obviously added to the ongoing debate over image manipulation, whether it be pre or post capture. (By the way, I voted for the MINI in the Redwoods.)
What really excited me was the amount of participation. It's making me look forward to the next challenge- sunset (a favorite of everyone). There should be some awesome entries!
I am sorry for not having posted here sooner. After a 2300 mile drive, as Dave pointed out earlier, I arrived home about 3 hours ago. Traveling light, I only had three cameras with me- an LC-A film camera, my CoolPix 5400 point 'n shoot, and the ever-present Treo 600 phonecam. All in all I snapped about 200 pics so that's gonna keep me occupied for a few days.
