Hey everyone! My husband and I have been working on a You Tube channel, updating it every week. I just wanted to post a couple of our MINI/Car vids for you guys to check out.

Lots of people in the EMRT forum have already been exposed to it and I just want to thank everyone who has seen them for watching.

Every time we have a new car or MINI vid, I'll post it here. However, we do update our channel (Jon Merkel Films) every week if you're interested in seeing what we do.

I get quite good results (cinematographic style) with my Nikon D7000

We currently shoot with the Canon 5D MarkII. I plan to get the 7D soon. DSLRs are definitely the way to go!

I knew you were using a DSLR !! A friend of mine is also working with a 7D and results are awesome...

I prefer Nikon D7000. I'm even doing some short films with my camera so you can imagine the quality of images...

I published all 3 videos on my website and there are some good comments about "good vibrations" and "summer feelings"

We are re-uploading videos to our youtube channel so now we just have 3 videos recorded with 3 different cameras so you will see the difference if you want to take a look.

- The one with the Harleys is done with the Nikon D7000

- The onboard MINI Challenge video is recorded with a G11

- The MINI United video was done with a JVC HD6

I was things about getting a GoPro, but now thinking about getting a hand held camcorder. Since iut will be more usefully. Just would have to figure out how to mount it inside.

Thanks, we didnt even know we were going make a little video. If we did, there would of been more. We got our next run July 9th. So there will be more vids coming.

Awesome video. It almost made me cry...

In Spain we don't have those fantastic car brands, only SEAT Automobiles, but it doesn't have that historic feeling.
