Spring is out there

I was up in Chicago last week and spring is several weeks away for those folks. Thought I'd post a couple spring flower shots for our more northern friends

I'm not crazy about cars on grass, but thought this "parking lot" shot of my Mini in a meadow full of flowers was worth sharing. Photo taken at the end of March. www.filoli.org




At the same location, there were tulip explosions...

It works very well! Great shot indeed.


I need to get my zoo pictures up here. They had a tulip garden that was pretty impressive and I managed to get a few shots in.

I really appreciate these pictures. Yes, Spring is always late arriving around here, and then before you know it we go straight into mosquito-ville and hot humidity. The flowers go well with minis.
