Looks like you chopped out some of the sky colors to obscure the rear tag...nice attention to detail.

Actually, it's just a CA Yosemite plate, that's why it has the sky on it. I used the "underpainting" filter to slightly obscure the plate. Pretty quick and simple edit. It's even more fun to use a license plate font and create your own custom plate.
Regarding the chopping though, two light poles and one power line tower wound up getting sacrificed.
