Hey chedderheads(and I say that with all due respect). If you're up for a cool road trip put down that brat, finish your beer, and drive your Mini to Cleveland Ohio for the largest Mini event the midwest has seen in years. Sunday 5/18 at the PUB(19304 Detroit Rd, Rocky River, Oh 44116 440-356-6933) there will be a FREE Mini cruise in that will draw over 100 Minis from all over.The PUB is a beautiful authentic British style pub that has great food/drink available at a discount(just show your Mini key). We have reserved parking for over 200 cars overlooked by an open patio.There will be live music, prizes, venders, cool t-shirts, and more. Official time is 12:00 noon, but we will gather before 10:00 AM for a metro parks cruise before hand. Iam in Solon for another week (missed it by a month on timing this training) so sorry I will not be able to make your event but I did make it up to Classic Mini. 2 thumbs up on the great staff in the parts dept. Very cool looking sales building- sounds like it will be a great time!
Sorry I can't join you. I spent my college years in Cleveland, and have fond memories of the park drives through the Metroparks "Emerald Necklace". Anyone who has never been to Cleveland is in for a nice surprise.
