We should be there....someone is putting flyers on cars...my wife got one the other day in Brookfield....is that someone here on NAM? Good job getting the word out

I've tagged a couple of cars, but I don't think I got yours (based on the picture).
I'm looking forward to the Milwaukee Mile as well! Should be a neat way to start things off!
Just a quick note to let everyone know the plan for the Milwaukee Mile event this weekend. Meet at 8:30am in the Walgreens parking lot at Greenfield Avenue & 84th Street, right across from The Milwaukee Mile. (Walgreens, 8333 W. Greenfield Avenue, West Allis, WI 53214). We can drive on the track together if you come to Walgreens to meet first, or otherwise if you drive seperately to the Mile, feel free to drive the track on your own. Either way, afterwards you’ll be directed to the MINI corral for the car show. For complete details about the event, please visit http://www.milwaukeeMINIS.com

I just spoke to the folks at the Milwaukee Mile. They said that about 150 cars have pre-registered and they expect 500 cars total. We've got about 16 MINI's signed up, but others may attend that we don't know about! If you haven't pre-registered yet, you can still come but will just need to pay $15 that day.
Just a heads up that they said that you can pay an additional $15 for 3 extra laps, and you can do this as much as you want. They will also be taking photos of the cars on the track which they will be selling for $5 each with half of the proceeds going to the Hunger Task Force. Don't forget your two cans of food!
The plan is still to meet at 8:30am in the Walgreens parking lot at Greenfield Avenue & 84th Street, right across from The Milwaukee Mile. (Walgreens, 8333 W. Looking forward to meeting you all then, Theresa
A special Thanks to Theresa for organizing this event at the Milw Mile. Was great to get out and see the other MINIs. Unfortunately with the kids there....their patience was running thin.....and we couldnt stay that long...Hope to see everyone at the next www.milwaukeeminis.com event.

I also had a great time at the Mile event. I've been lazy and havent uploaded any pics yet...Ill get on that...sometime. Also, do we have a thread specifically about the Mile meet?
I've got some pics up on my makeshift webpage: http://web.mac.com/shagz Click on MINIs on the Mile for the pics. It was a great time and was happy to meet everyone.
