Phil Wicks reply

Blackhawk farms is a awsome track. We autocrossed on it at West Meets East last summer. It is about 8 hours away. We would have to find a hotel near by. Anything on St Cloud? I know they auto cross on that one.

I'll check out St. Cloud again. There's a track there, but I think there was something going on to the tune that it wasn't going to be available anymore?? I'll check.

I JUST got off the phone with Phil and it turns out
that he has an event scheduled at Blackhawk already on
these dates:
July 2nd
September 10th

It's a little bit of a drive, but what I like about it
is that it's a cool track to drive (from what I've
heard from people who where there for East Meets West
and Phil) and we would be able to get more MINIs from
the Chicago area - which could potentially lower our
cost.

So with that said - how would you feel about driving
the distance for this event?

According to Mapquest, it's about a 5 hour drive,
which typically means actual time is shorter!
Directions to Blackhawk Farms

There is a possibility of making this a 2 day event,
but not a requirement.

Should have more info in a couple days...

Adam

I'd be up for Blackhawk Farms (and/or in addition to a MN event)! Actually, I'm going to be driving right by there tonight on my way to Chi-town.
