St Louis MINI Club and Chicago MINI Driving Group welcome you to the
inaugural River City MINI Rally in Peoria IL. Peoria is an oasis in the
flatlands of central Illinois. Motoring into the picturesque Illinois
River Valley of Peoria is a relief from the miles of corn and beans. This
is a FREE event.[/FONT]

Event Hotel Stoney Creek Inn, http://www.stoneycreekinn.com/locati...m?LocationID=5 is offering us a discount rate of $89.00 and special parking for our Coopers. Just call them at 309-694-1300 ask for a room in the River City MINI Rally
block. Please sign up below to allow us to plan for the right number of
guests. At this time we are planning for 50 Coopers and 75 guests, but
would love to see the numbers grow. The following information will be
updated has we get closer and have a better idea of how many are coming.

Sat June 21st
11 am Start with a Meet and Greet at Sonic Drive-In, 245 Farmdale Road, East Peoria IL 61611 for lunch. Budget

I hope a lot more people come than just the 3 or 4 posted here. I live in Peoria and I only ever see maybe 10 running around here including my own. So I will definately be there.

I think we will have about 2 dozen MINI's there. You may want to print off the 1st posting, make copies to leave on the other local MINI's you see in Peoria.
We are working on the last details and will post the updates ASAP.

So most people are showing up early afternoon? Any plan of action once everyone gets here? I won't be able to make it until mid afternoon b/c it is my last day at my current employer so I can't really gip out early lol
