MINI Modifications

I figured we should start a thread that covers the modifications that members are doing to their MINIs. I know Jody has done a lot to Elwood, and I just finished doing a couple to JJO's MINI, Candy.

Candy received a Sirius satellite radio and DICE iPod adapter for Christmas, which the install for both was completed on New Year's day. Candy also got an air horn too, which will likely go in on January 2nd.

Installed new B/W check bonnet stripes and B/W check mirror caps on "Snert", also blacked out the grill. Now has a different look.

Well I just put the black aero grill on my non areo bumper. That was a fun and easy mod if your not afraid of getting a little dirty and doing some cutting. Also replaces my white mirror covers with black ones.. Alta intake and beltline blackout kit will be here soon so they will be the next mods..I have only had the car for about a week.. =)

I bet Snert looks great...must be good for an additional 10 hp and 25 mph!

Mods

Hiya,

Since Shaun brought it up, I'll list my mods so far.

M7 strut reinforcement plates (in anodized blue from Way), M7 carbon fiber air diverter, M7 aerogel heatshield (do you get the feeling there is an M7 bias here?) Dice iPod kit, Denso Iridium plugs, Borla Cat back exhaust and the Cold Air Intake might be next.

Later,

Jody
