I'm actually nowhere near you guys, but I have something that someone there might be interested in. I bought a '79 Scout Terra in Fresno to be my Mini Hauler, but decided to stick with one I already had. The Terra is still at my friend's place in Clovis.
Like all Scouts, the hardtop is removable. It has the 345 c.i. V8, TF727 3spd automatic transmission, D44 axles w/ 3.54 gearing, and the somewhat hard to find Rallye trim package. It runs a little rough because it's been sitting for years, but it only has 61k miles. A little basic maintenance, cleanup, and you should be good to go.
I'd like to see $3500 for the Terra, but I'm open to reasonable offers. Additional pics upon request.
