Through careful scientific study and deliberation, it has been decided that an additional Mid-Ohio Motoring "meeting" was needed. So, a monthly meeting at the Polaris Sonic on the first Wednesday of every month was declared.
The event has been added to the Mid-Ohio Calendar.
I might be able to come up with the fam. I washed my car this weekend and am avoiding taking it out until I can get it claybared and waxed so we would be Subaruing it.
Sounds awesome. As long as I can get "luckie" cleaned up clayed and waxed, we'll be there, well I'll be there, Thu has evening class this Wednesday. But I'll need something to do, lol.
Hey rigid....is there specifics on the auto clay bar or would any typical clay work? I've got some from Mini, but it smells just like regular "art class" clay.
TTYL
Well step one is done car has been clayed now I have to drive to work tomorrow :( Hope to get it taped while the furnace guy checks our system tomorrow, then random orbital the wax on tomorrow evening!
[quote=rigidjunkie;2860561]I find Ohio's soil has sufficient clay content just grab a handfull and some speed shine and rub it all over your car

Sooooooo are you guys going to be doing the detail clinic next time!!
Allen, I no longer tape. I apply some Wizards Black on all trim before waxing poetically. Once done waxing I wipe off the excess Wizards Black. Any stray wax will wipe right off.
I still use tape to pull the hair off my legs, beats shaving them.
