Medium sized helmet to borrow?

Anybody have a SA2000 or newer racing helmet that I could borrow for Halloween weekend? I am going to do the MVP Tracktime event at Watkins Glen and need to bring my own helmet, but do not want to buy one. I have a medium sized head.

You are so brave to post this to this Mid-Ohio forum. Good Luck. I can't wait to read the post-replies. Thank you now for the mindless entertainment that is about to begin. I forgot and the pictures that will follow.

Halloween weekend eh? Not sure how much candy you will get dressed as The Stig.

As a side question is there a decent shop in cow town to buy a SA helmet?

We have actually seen people wearing pumpkins at sporting events in the fall...all dressed up to support their favorite team.........ewe... can't imagine how that would feel or smell.........

Thanks to Aaron for suggesting Jegs and the Jegs staff for helping me get the helmet I need. Now I just need to get some orange tape of some kind to put a racing stripe on it and probably my name on it as well. Got a Simpson open face in white. If anybody with a medium sized head needs to borrow a helmet just let me know.

I hope they gave you a cool JEGS sticker! That would look cool if you put one on the back of your MINI.

Which helmet did you end up getting? I looked on their site and they have some pretty good prices.

Well I got a Simpson open face but it had to be the higher rating so it was around $225. They gave me no stickers :( I should have asked for one I would have magnatized it for the Mini!

I think they have them laying in a rack by the door. I live close to one if you would like me to pick one up for you.

One will not do it, he is going to need at least 4 of those babies.

Now that is funny, I was just talking about buying a friends 4 door Civic Si as a daily driver. Of course I was also thinking I would have to remove the Si wing and install a Hybrid wing in its place since I like that look better.

The hot setup is a park bench bolted to the trunk lid. Serves as both a wing & a rumble seat.

I thought your Cooper was your daily driver???

I would like to convert the Mini to a garage queen

Also a 4 door would make transporting 2 little boys a lot easier!
