On May 16th at the Fayette County Fairgrounds in Washington Courthouse the AARA vintage dirt car racers are having another exhibition race.
If you haven't seen these guys you owe it to yourselves to see them. It is like stepping into a time warp. From what I understand this is the only time they will be in WCH & this may even be their last year. Come see the last of the dinosaur's before they are all gone.
The plan is to leave from the Bob Evans on Stringtown road in Grovetuckey by 9:00 & wind down the back roads to the fairgrounds.
I realize this is the same day as the MINI breakfast, but heck it's old race cars we are going to see. A tough choice for some I know.
Chime in here if you plan to attend...

I was looking at the routes from last years drive. We left the B&E at 10:00. That being said we could go to Tim's in New Albany & leave by 9:30 to make it to the races on time. That way we can visit with folks who may not be coming along on the drive. What do you guys think of this alternate plan?
