Help!! need pulley pemoval tool in PA

Does anyone have an alta pulley removal tool near central PA, northern maryland?? I rent a minimania and its not working

How is it not working? My rental tool is in somewhere in PA right now with a customer. But's it's the same style at MM's.

The factory pulley looks a little wharped after a few tries at removal. the open end of the tool is seperating from the pulley. Everything is seated right, but after a few turns it starts to seperate. I dont want to try to many times and risk messing up the SC shaft.

any other methods??
