Just a quick note on MVP Track Time’s 2009 Mid-Atlantic (some Southeast and Northeast too for good measure) track days. The track events are listed below:
September 7-8: Virginia International Raceway "Labor Day Speed Fix"
October 31 – November 1: Watkins Glen "Halloween Fright FAST!”
November 21 – 22: Road Atlanta “Flyin Turkey Trot”

I received a call earlier this week from a potential attendee asking "How many run groups and how many sessions each day?". We run three (Novice, Intermediate and Advanced) run groups with six, 20-minute run sessions scheduled for each run group per day.
