hehe. thanks. Im up there quite often for business but usually on a
real tight schedule. I wish I had another me here in Chicago while I
visit Detroit so my desk wouldn't pile up when I return..
One of these days we'll meet. Im so glad I was able to fly back
here on-time BEFORE the snow storm!!
the guy I spotted was in his mid/late-twenties in a 2005. Might be
seeing him around here soon.
kenchan, post somethin on the MMMC site and we'll get everyone together for dinner or somethin
Thanks! :D
Sad so say, I was sitting at Ohare since 2:30pm today for my 3:45pm flight
which got delayed to 4:15pm, then to 5:10pm, then to 6:30pm, and
finally got cancelled at 7:15pm... sat there sucking my thumb for 5 hours
and didn't go anywhere. should've just drove. this is like the
4th or 5th time UA has screwed me the last 7months just counting the
flights between DET and ORD. so had some dinner on the way back
to the office and worked there to about 10pm.
i'll probably be there again next week...if not im heading to Kokomo, IN.
My job takes me back and forth every week to Detroit pretty much
but rarely stay over due to my schedule. In before noon, out by
5pm flight.
One of these days I'll plan a stay-over again and perhaps we can hang out
for some after supper coffee?
I saw a Pepper White/Black cooper driving up I-75 this morning around 8:45am. I was driving a Lucerne, so I felt silly to wave. Brightened my morning to see a pepper white though. Can't wait to get back into Pepe this evening. My driving habits of weaving in and out of traffic didn't go so well this weekend in a Lucerne.... those things are waaaay long! (then again, what isn't long compared to the mini?) Not so easy to squeeze in front of others to take cuts

Spotted a DB/DB Cabrio with white bonnet stripes in the Meijer parking lot in Holland. I chatted for a minute with the owner, a really nice lady named Pat. I gave her a spotted card, then told her about NAM since MMMC is down. Hopefully she and her husband will stop by. I also told her about the Christmas party, so who knows, maybe they will find their way here (to the boards) and then there (to the party). Nice looking cabrio, too.
Wow, I'm having a good MINI day! Spotted a, uh, DS/B(?) in the parking lot near the Gap at the Holland Outlet Mall. (I have a hard time telling the colors straight when I have my sunglasses on! )
Nice couple...I believe they said their names were Linda and ****. I gave them a card, too, and this time wrote down the NAM address on back. Hopefully we will see them around here!
