Any MINIs in the Detroit Area got plans for the Dream Cruise this year (or, to avoid "driving" anywhere near the actual cruise, the week of)? I've got a road trip the first 2 weeks of August but will be back home (Royal Oak) with my NEW MCS on August 17. Look for me around town after that - I'll be the one with permagrin in a Jet Black / White MCS w/ stripes and silver S-lites on the outside, and cordoba beige on the inside.
we are planning a few events for that week. the tuesday before we are meeting at the starbucks at 13 and woodward to do our normal hang out (it's our "starbucks tour"). then wednesday is our ice cream run at 14 and woodward. other than that we do not have too much planed. i'll be out there nightly monday thru friday and all day saturday. in my nova or my mini. come on over to www.michiganmini.com and post. i am sure more of us will be out there.... some big events coming up in the next few months. track days, solo racing, MIS speedway, club Picnic, fall colors tour and more! come join in.
