Here, over in Kalamazoo with another ~8 MINIs. Don't know of any Kalamazoo person(s) that are active on NAM other than ZT.

Im in GR. Would love to get together with the MI brethren. I am interested in a pulley party. I heard that someone in Kzoo is planning one the first week in March.

Please keep me updated on events.

Color tour: I did my own with my sweetie and loved the road out there.

Thanks,
Carl

Arly - Give "myminis2" a quick pm on the Kalamazoo pulley party.

Ryephile - I agree, let's get these MI events on our 2004 calendar as the snow and cold can't last forever.

A Michigan MCS owner, as of Saturday  I'd be down for most of the events, tho the donut run is not too likely this winter for me. She is relaxing in a garage and is shiny clean until mid-March!

Hi Y'all,

Another person in GR. Unfortunately, no Mini yet. And you probably don't want me showing up in the WRX, so I'll bring the Miata until I get the gold MC.

BTW, anyone wanna buy a 2002 WRX, 1999 Integra GS-R, or a 1997 Miata? It would help me get the Mini sooner.

I was born in Port Huron, haven't been back since! Flew over Lake Superior this past June, closest I've ever gotten to seeing my place of origin. Good to see so many MI MINI owners! If you're ever in SoCal, send a pm I'll buy ya lunch!

The Traverse City contigent here. Although there is a Chili MC around I have not crossed paths with.

A little planning and I could show up to anything. Although my car is buried in snow in my barn for the next 2 months.

Fall color tour, the scenic route from Harbor Springs to the bridge is enough to make the unintiated passenger barf. It is fantastic.

Guru,
I live in Heritage Hill. I have a Dark Silver S with a white top and BBS wheels. We should meet just to talk about MINI stuff. My car is in storage at the moment.

Dearborn here. The only Michigan MINI event I've made it to was the fall color tour, and it was awesome. Cool folks and (obviously) cool cars. Hope to make more events this year...

Well Sid you should have gone with us to Kart 2 Kart this afternoon. The first time out there was o.k. These two guys that had no race line at all kept getting in our way. BUT the second time kicked some major you know what. We were both turning 30-second lap times and lapping people as fast as we could. Ryan and I both did 18 laps while everyone else did 17, while two came in at 15 laps (both female) and one guy only turned 14 laps! We passed him a bunch. Wow that was the best race I have ever had there. We need to do that more often! It was the cure for the winter driving blues!
