I Have a 2007 chili red MCS convert. and I would like to have the wheel arches painted body color. The dealer installed a factory aero kit but told me they could not paint the arches as the paint wouldn't stick to the textured finish of the arches.

Dealer is right....I know it has been done.....but for some $$$$$ is no object!! It might take some serious custom work,(remove arches, sand, and apply an special primer....but the underlying plastic is still very soft...not like a bumper) and it still might not work, so you could have to replace all of them after trying.....
