EUROFAHR 2008 in Winnipeg! presented by the European Car Enthusiasts of Manitoba
I am happy to announce that a location has been secured for Eurofahr 2008! The European car show of the summer will happen as follows.
Friday, July 11th - Meet and Greet
Where: Joey's Polo Park
When: 7:00 pm
What: Appetizers and Refreshments followed by a cruise and photoshoot.
Saturday, July 12th - Show and Shine Main Event
Where: Stanley Knowles School 2424 King Edward Street in Winnipeg When: 12 noon to 5 pm What: Car show, trophies, draws, prizes, and good times! Why: In support of Heartstrings Mission and their goal to purchase a van for their orphanage in Uganda. Who: Any European Car or Motorcycle How Much: Entrants Pay $10 in advance or $12 at the gate; Free Admisson to spectators
Sunday, July 13th - Autocross with the Winnipeg Sports Car Club
Where: Red River Exhibition Grounds
When: Plan for 9:00 am
note: If you wish to participate in the autox option, you will have to register for this by visiting http://www.dlbracing.com/default.aspx and registering for the July 13 autox which is being held by the Winnipeg Sports Car Club
This promises to be an even better event than last year! More cars, more fun, and no dust. ;)
