Free Mod and Meet !

Next month, I would like to have the first of hopefully many "Mod and Meets" for enthusiasts in MINI community. Not exactly local? If your willing to make the drive, your in! Heres the deal...

Where: Total MINI & BMW Services, LLC.
When: September 12th, 2009 8AM- 4 PM

Use of my shop and tools are FREE!

First Come, First Served. I have space for about 5 cars comfortably in my shop and one lift for above ground duties. Please respect other peoples need and limit mods to one a car, unless time permits.

Have an item you want to put on and aren't quite sure how, have something you want to do that seems like it'd be a pain on the ground. Don't know the difference between a wrench and a socket? All it take is for you to be involved with something going on that day whether it be to help another member with something on their car or supportive shop duties while yours is being worked on. No Maintenance jobs please.....this is for youification only!

I would like to have my grill here for lunch or we can order pizzas, subs or whatever and take a group collection for that. I have a few coolers for drinks.

Any other ideas welcomed!

Total MINI & BMW Services, LLC.
7325 Cross County Road, Unit D
North Charleston, SC 29418
843-552-5550

2. Mad Piper-Cat Back
3. Josh P.-?
4. Alex-Meet and greet
5. Josh-Just to hang out!
6. Chad-Finish your damn louvers already.....
7. Mike Mount-Honda exhaust fab

Awesome, I was thinking about a SSK too, but not sure if I had the tools and know-how to get it done. I might take this offer up!

I think I will buy a mystery mod so I don't have to pull the intake...or we could hook up my old water/meth injection kit from the Subaru to do something else. Intercooler sprayer perhaps?

Need to post this in the other SC/NC forums so they can come play too.

I don't have anything for my car but still will make it! Unless someone knows something that doesn't take money?...? all of mine is in the wedding. The next thing I want is to tint my windows, some sway bars, strut bars, 15-17% pulley kit... ya know... so maybe at the next meet I will have something. But, I will be there!!!

Hey there is a car show starting at 5pm @ McAlister's Deli at the Tanger Outlet Mall (or as I like to call it, "C17 overshoot impact central") the same day as the meet. I might head up there after we are done and check it out..

Nice to meet everyone today! Thanks to Chad for letting us use his place & getting the food & drinks.

I would also like to thank the DOT for leaving their work on the Ashley River rd. exit half finished, I love my new bent wheel!

I had an awesome time....The turnout was great too. Thanks for everyones support. Still got the prizes for the Gran Turismo event. For the Daytona event it was:

Mike Mount 1:45.6
Chip 1:49.3
Josh 1:52.4

I didn't count the F1 event since not everyone got to run it and ther were multiple people who had more than one run with times getting lower and lower. Next time, one track(peoples choice), two runs best time counting.

Matt, sorry bout the wheel, I think the man above heard us talking about your wheel swap.
