If anyone wants to help...

I need to do some work on my car this weekend, and could use another Mini owner's help, since I've never really opened this car up and would feel more comfortable if there were a more senior dude (or dudette) there to point out when I'm removing the flux capacitor accidentally.

I'm planning on doing it Sunday afternoon, by the way.

What kind of work are you planning on doing to it? Any mods?

Not yet. Eventually, I want to mod the intake and exhaust, but this weekend it's going to be all sorts of maintenance. It's a used one, so I want to replace most of the fluids and check everything I wasn't able to check prior to purchase (some of the more buried belts).

Thanks, it doesn't look like I'm going to be doing much this weekend due to the weather (I don't have a garage). And I haven't been able to find a manual for it yet.

Does anyone know a good Mini mechanic down here? I'm not sure if the car's had the MAintenance 1 done, so I might just get that done instead.

Haha, thanks Chad. I didn't realize you were a tech. Pretty cool that you frequent the boards.
