O2 sensor fault P0141 still

I had P2270/P0137/P0141 faults on previously. I replaced turbo with a frankenturbo (not because of faults of course, but other issues). I was hoping this would make the faults go away too. The P0141 kept coming back so I replaced the O2 sensor with a Bosch unit (lower sensor) Now every 4-5 days the fault will come back. Any thoughts?

Still problems-I just replaced the O2 sensor again and the light still comes on. Any ideas?

Did you replace both O2 sensors?

I usually replace both at the same time regardless of which gets the code.

Seems like a big investment to roll the dice on. Did you have the same situation?

I usually do both when one O2 goes thinking the other can't be far behind.

Frustrated-looks like the options are:

1 Replace upstream sensor with similar Bosch (going on the suggestion the it could effect the new one)
2 Replace original one with dealer oem item-what the dealer would do first, assuming the aftermarket was bogus (if it doesn't fix I'm out the bucks)
3 Have dealer replace with oem

thoughts?
