So I was wondering if anyone here has had this issue. My EVAP test will not run and its preventing me from getting my car inspected. So the car is de-catted and running a MANIC tune. I have no pending codes at this time. I have the SPS switch and have it set to the 93 octane map. Everything is great, except that it just wont run that damn EVAP process.

So far I have driven 500 miles or more with the between 3/4 and a 1/4 tank of gas, no leak or codes pending. I have driven full throttle numerous times (weee!) and plenty of cold starts. The dealer who knows about my tune says it should still run and is baffled. I have talked to the guy who set up my Manic tune and he doubts as well that its due to the new software.

So I am not sure where to go from here. I have been driving on the stock map now for a few days and still no luck.

Any thoughts?
