Wow those seats do look nice!
I'm truly hoping the JCW has a decent bump in horsepower over the S model.

I regret selling my 2012 JCW with Recaro's, now I have an opportunity to get another JCW with Recaro's (which are even sexier)

I still love Chili Red - Blazing Red doesn't have the same appearance

I remain on the fence about the JCW. All of this past year I was fully convinced I'd trade my 2013 CM S on a 2015 JCW when it was released. And like each time, each of my three previous MINI purchases, I get close to it and ask myself if I can afford the cost bump to get there. I love it in concept. But I don't know if I can pull it off, especially when the vast majority of the driving has two kids in back...

I can't wait to see more pictures. I know MINI's press at NAIAS is Monday from 1:20-1:45pm will there be a live stream I wonder?

Red face F56 jcw

What's really going to be interesting to find out is exactly, with a few options this little guy will MSRP for? With what is standard, like the seats especially, then the LED's I think that it could list for $33k+ without NAV and $35K with it.

My 2011 factory JCW listed with options at $35K, without NAV, but with H/K and a few other options. Plus I had to pay for red and black leather/cloth seats and NO Aero package, that was a dealer install and with installation was in the $3500 category.

Yes, this could be a nice package, and really not all that expensive, considering MINI. Myself, I'm still a year away from ordering anything, but it's still fun to look and configure.

I agree with you 100% I'm figuring $34-35k for me. I'm about a year from getting one. But with LED Headlights Standard and The Seats. That Saves me.

Speaking of the seats, I would like to know if there will be cold options for the seat other than the red trim? I realize that red is the official accent cold for factory JCW, but what if a person want Rallye green with a white top, or black, or even agreen roof. The red doesn't really go with those. What do you all think?

All the other seat options will be available, so I guess you could always go for those...

I wonder what the other JCW seats look like. I've only seen the Dinamica/Leather, but there is also a Dinamica/Cloth seat that is the standard seat. Or is the seat on all the photos around the web the cloth seats?

That's the first I've heard about cloth/dinamica seats . All I've seen on MotoringFile is that the Dinamica/leather was standard. Actually, if the cloth was made available I'd prefer that to the leather.

I just checked on Motorringfile and they specifically say: standard seats area Red and gray special seats in Alcantara and leather. Don't know any more, but MotoringFile usually gets it right with their info. I'm also curious about other wheel than those ugly scooped wheels. Not a big fan of 18's either. It seems someone is in cahoots with the tire companies to switch us over to more expensive tires.

Dealer ordering sheets are in for the F56 and Dinamica/Cloth are the standard seats. Dinamica/Leather is a $2250 option

Sounds like JCW 17"s are standard and the 18" cup spokes seen at NAIAS will be also be an option.

Any idea as to the pricing on the 18" wheels? I'm not surprised at the leather Alcantara cloth seats being extra, but $2,250 more!!!!! Cloth will work to me.

I believe it was a $750 upgrade for 18".

I wish it was possible to get any mid range performance car without tacky red bits added
Left right and centre
I just feel the new jcw will take this to whole new level

Got a new mini on its way with a jcw steering wheel,
my 1st job will be to get a black marker pen into that stitching
