HAWK HPS pads on Centric Rotors with JCW Calipers Couple of Questions

My break wear indicator came on over the weekend. I'm thinking of going with the following parts for replacement this coming weekend:

Centric Rotors
http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/brake...006&perfCode=S

and
Hawk HPS pads
http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/brake...006&perfCode=S

Now for my questions:

1. Can anyone tell me if this is a good combo at least equivalent to OEM spec?

2. I know the rears don't come with the slot for the wear sensor. Do the rears have squealers to alert you of ware?

3. If I'm not going to run a rear ware sensor, is it possible to reset the light?

4. Are there any one time use parts I'm going to need to order as well to do this install?

Thanks!

Note to moderators: If this should be moved to the Tire/Wheel/Brake forum, feel free to move it. Thanks!

1. I do not know about the rotors but I like the Hawk HPS pads. Better performance and less dust than stock pads. Your plan should be better than OEM.
2. I just installed Hawk HPS pads on the rear and there was a slot for the wear sensor however I did not install the sensor (I just have it tie-wrapped up out of the way) because I have a Big Brake Kit (BBK) on the front with Hawk HPS pads that do not have a slot. There are no metal squealer tabs on the calipers to rub the rotor when the pads are worn.
3. Since you have worn through one of the two sensors (opened the circuit causing the light to turn on) you must replace the sensor or solder the wires together to close the circuit. I wore through my front sensor and since I was not going to use the sensor with the BBK, I solder the two wires together. Once the brake wear light is on, you must replace the worn sensor or solder the wires together (if not using the sensor), then you can reset the light and it will stay off. If you only wore through the front sensor the rear sensor will still be good to install in the new rear pads or you can tie-wrap the sensor out of the way if using pads without a slot.
4. I do not no of any other one time use parts. If you do not already know what sensor wore through (front or back) you might want to determine which one and order a new sensor or just order both sensors if you are not sure.
You might also want to buy a tool to compress the rear caliper piston because it must be rotated while being compressed. You can do it with a c-clamp and needle-nose pliers but the tool makes it easier. I brought the tool from Harbor Freight Tools for $20.
