JCW Suspension Kit with Springs Installed

Hi everyone,

I got the car on June 30th and my first mod is the JCW Suspension Kit with Springs. They were installed yesterday. For your information, my car had the Sport Package, which comes with the Sport Suspensions along with the Crown Spoke rims, which comes with the all season tires; and I did not have the run roof. My car is pretty basic from the factory. Anyways, after test driving on the new suspensions last night, I have the following comments, please advise:

- After installing these suspensions, the steering wheel actually feels lighter, is that normal? Before, I used to have trouble doing one hand steering, but now it's much easier. Any comments?

- From what I have read here, everyone seems to say that the JCW suspensions are stiffer than the sport suspensions more or less, but for me, the ride actually feels less stiff now. In comparison, the sport suspensions actually felt pretty harsh for me. I know they have different springs depending on what equipments came with the car from the factory, so since I added like nothing to my car from factory, hence I am now getting the softest springs? Any thoughts?

- Having said the above, the car does feel more stable and predictable, especially when cornering on uneven pavements, the sport suspensions would behave such that the rear end would do a small hop to induce a little oversteer like feeling for a moment, whereas with the JCW suspensions, this area seems to have improved, although not completely disappeared.

Overall, it's really hard for me to say that the car is not handling better than before, but with the lighter steering wheel and soft ride, everything just feels kind of weird.

Please advise!
