Thanks! This will be my next project then. I guess it will be a good time to upgrade to SS lines and maybe get some new drilled/slotted rotors. Any recommendations?
The Goodridge lines are the best out there. 8 years of racing on them and never a problem, not one. Get the race level lines, not the street performance lines like some out there are selling. Rotors? Disc Brake Australia has the best out there IMHO, and again, NEVER had a problem or failure with them either.
If not let me know where to get them - they look nice.
I got a deal on a complete set of used 06 JCW front brakes, calipers, rotors, pads yesterday. They aren't too worn, but I figure I will get a new set of rotors, SS lines, and pads anyways since everything will be aprat and I will need to bleed/change the fluid.
Yup thats the rotors. You might even want to check with your local dealer to see what kind of price they can get for you! For pads it really depends on your driving style...track days...and such. Take us thru an average month of your driving!

Thanks!
Average month for me is about 500 miles of street and mountains, no track time in the mini yet. I do want a good pad for the twisties. The mini is my daily driver and I live in the hills so I get to "cruise" everyday.
