JCW Challenge 17inch wheels

Greetings!
I was checking out a new MINI Cooper S with the factory JCW kit. It comes with neat 17inch wheels that look great. Anyone know the part number for them?

Realoem.com shows 36 11 6 784 130. There have been a few sets in the marketplace on here.

The R112 Challenge-spoke wheel you are looking at may be neat but it is very heavy at 23.1 LBS (10.5kg).

But they are still 8.9 lbs heavier than these wheels:

R112 Hub Cap/Center Cap

Does anyone know the diameter of the hubcap/center cap for the R112, Mini Cross Spoke Challenge 17inch wheel?

Thanks,
Mike

Just measured, looks like 2 1/8" for the cap. Challenge wheels despite being heavy are sexy and rugged. Rather have a heavy wheel than replace wheels with all the pot holes we have here...

Hey,

Thanks so much! I am looking to replace my Challenge wheels with something else. I've bent two of them and I can buy an entire set of O.Z. or Borbet wheels for the cost of replacing two OEM wheels. I actually found out that Borbet is the OEM manufacturer for the challenge wheels anyway, so I was hoping that I can still use my JCW center cap on those wheels, the diameter is like 56mm.

My very first mod was to dump the Challenge wheels. They look GREAT but damn, they are tooooo heavy.

I bought a set of OZ's which weigh just over 14lbs. I think it's ridiculous that the challenge car (which is race car made for the street comes with such heavy wheels but they have to cover all the masses)

OZ Ultraleggera's look great on our cars. I'd buy those over new Challenge wheels.
