Converting R56 MCS Sport Suspension to JCW Suspension

What separate components need to be purchased to make this conversion?

You can order the springs and the rest of the kit separately, but it's really designed as a kit and usually purchased together. There are three different springs and the right ones for your car are determined by whether or not you have certain options. I believe the kit comes with springs, dampers, and sway bars and a few accessories needed for everything to go back together separately. Hopefully that answers your question =)
