Footwell Trim Removal

Installing my sirius on my MCSC tomorrow and have to mount it under the passenger seat next to the HK amp. I have to route the cables from the rear changer harness to the passenger seat. According to the printout from the dealer, cables run under the trim at the base of the door. Looks like I have to remove the seat belt anchor and then some plastic circular fasteners in the middle of the panel. Does anyone know how to get those fasteners out? Are they one time use? Already did a search and all I could find was how to remove the door trim not this around the frame/footwell....

It isn;t hard. Once you get the seatbelt anchor out, all you have to do is pull the pannel towards the middle of te car and the clps will pop off. Oh ya, remember to pull the door's weather stripping off. To get it back on, its just the reverse. Push it into place really hard and it will pop back on. Bolt the seatbelt anchor back in and put the weather stripping back on.
