I have no idea if this is the place to request this (or if it's even permitted), but are there any p-shop wizards out there that wouldn't mind photoshopping some painted arches onto my car? I'm just curious as to what it would look like with my wheel/tire package...

No, they are painted silver Kazera KZ-S, obtained from The Tire Rack.
