Deep Mats?

Was in my friends jeep today, and he has these rubber mats that actually are like an inch deep, they are great cause they come up and inch on the sides so they catch all the snow and water till you empty them out. I currently have the OEM rubber MINI mats, but Im wondering if anyone knows of mats like this for the MINI. A deep rubber mat as opposed to the flat ones. Im tired of water getting on the carpet and salt on the trim around the carpet. Thanks.

Husky makes excellent mats of this type, but it doesn't look like they make a set for the MINI yet. Might want to contact them as well.

I'd buy Husky mats if they made them for MINIs. I have them in my Chevy ZR2, and they really do keep the slush and crap off the carpet.

Deep Mats?

Try Pants Saver mats (Brand Name) they are designed to hold snow and slush between the deep ridges which keeps salt stains off your pant. I have a pair in my mini and they fit pretty well.

More than likely the mats in your friend's Jeep were from Weather Tech Automotive Accessories by Mac Neal www.mats.com

They don't offer them for the MINI as of yet.

All you need is the MINI rubber mats. Just make sure that you smack your feet together before getting into the car. It works for me!!!

I purchased a set of mats from www.mats.com for my MINI. They don't seem to have them listed on the website, but if you call them they have a set for the front which is almost a prefect match. The only thing I had to do was cut a small notch in the drivers mat for the gas pedal...

Yep - that's what I have. Bought them at Sams Club. Brand is KRACO as I recall. About $20 for the set of 4. The rears were too large for the MINI, but I cut one in half and that fit well. No one ever sits in the back of my MINI...

Ultra-cheap, very effective, ugly as sin.

The ones from mats.com are very nice and will be more tailored to the car. Mine are generic and required a little trimming to fit.
