How do I remove the a/c??!?

Changing all my LEDs to blue and don't know how to remove the manual a/c. I already changed the toggle switches but now I need to do the a/c and cannot figure out how to remove it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The inside of the aircon controls is painted with ornage paint to give the orange colour.
So its easy, strip off orange paint & apply blue paint.
Say it quickly.....................
Best of luck !!
