driving lights

I AM A NEW OWNER OF A 02 MINI S AND THE DRIVING LIGHTS ARE NOT COMING ON.I WENT TO CHECK THE FUSE BUT IM NOT SURE IF ITS UNDER THE HOOD OR UNDER STERING WHEEL? AND WHICH FUSE IT IS? OR DO I NEED MY HEADLIGHTS ON WHEN I TURN THEM ON?

It's a weird combo of things. I can't remember exactly (I took mine off) but I know it explains it in your owner's manual. Good luck.

IF it's the ones that are mounted on the grill they are tied to your high beams. You have to set the switch on the steering bolster each time you run the car and when you high the high beams the lights will come on.
